Disappointing Stay - Poor Service I recently stayed at this hotel in San Vigilio and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. **Staff Issues:** The staff were unhelpful, rude, and impolite throughout our stay. When we needed assistance, they were unwilling to help or provide basic guidance. For a hotel of this size, I expected much better customer service. **Property Navigation:** The hotel is quite large but there are no clear signs or indications to help guests find their way around. We felt lost multiple times trying to locate our room and facilities. **Room Condition:** Our room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit, which made such a loud noise that it was impossible to sleep with it running. In December, we had no choice but to turn it off completely and sleep in the cold just to get some rest. **Overall:** For the price paid, this was far below acceptable standards. The combination of unhelpful staff, confusing layout, and uncomfortable room made for an unpleasant stay. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made to both the facilities and service quality.
