The property underwent extensive restoration beginning in 2015, preserving its period architecture while modernizing facilities for events.
Today, it operates as an exclusive venue on Sicily's eastern coast, maintaining 8 hectares of cultivated gardens and mature Mediterranean landscaping.
Giardini di Tecla is one of the most beautiful and organized locations to celebrate a wedding! It is located directly between Etna and the sea of Santa Tecla, with a stunning view on both places. We come from Germany and had our doubts, if a wedding in Sicily is something we could go through with, but Giardini di Tecla made it not only possible, but also very easy!! Giusy was always available, super kind and helpful. She arranged nearly everything for us and had always a recommendation if we needed anything further. They even invited us to a great “Show Wedding” were we could choose our preferred food, decoration and some more services. We had our ceremony on site and would always do it again because of the great view and the perfect organization. The food was exceptional and the staff was perfectly organized. Simone and Gaetano made sure that our guests had everything they needed the entire evening of the wedding and were always available for any questions and arrangements. We would recommend everyone from all around the world to celebrate their wedding at Giardini di Tecla!! Thank you so much for that unforgettable experience!
