We chose this place for its central location and excellent reviews — and it exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay. The room felt like a work of art, with beautiful paintings on the ceiling and even on the bathroom walls. The windows overlook Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, yet they are perfectly insulated, ensuring complete quiet despite the lively surroundings. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with Tuscan cookies and wine. The next day, on my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco — a thoughtful and very much appreciated gesture. Special thanks to Andrea for the warm welcome, clear explanations, and outstanding hospitality. Truly top-notch service. All major attractions, as well as wonderful restaurants and cafés, are just steps away. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
