A breathtaking villa with spectacular grounds and views, offering very comfortable rooms and excellent Dr Vranjes toiletries. We were generally well looked after, but service felt inconsistent and understaffed at times — whether at the restaurant, pool, or indoor bar. Food quality was very good (if pricey) but menu variety was limited, including at breakfast, which hardly changed day to day. The pool area is beautiful but remote, with a steep walk unless using the club car; an outdoor bar and more comfortable seating around the estate would also enhance relaxation. Limited lunch/snack options and slow bar service — often 30 minutes or more — detracted from the experience. The biggest issue was the room air-conditioning, which struggled to cool below 26–27°C. With improvements to service levels, menu variety, and room cooling, this could be an exceptional stay.
