The hotel is in a former olive press which was refurbished and restored with a huge amount of care and attention to detail. It is a wonderful blend of the old and new, working perfectly together. Our room, Lydia, was extremely comfortable and we slept really well. We particularly liked the high ceilings and the exposed steel beams which were installed to strengthen the structure. In the room everything worked as it should, including the shower which delivered a powerful jet of hot (but not too hot!) water. The softly lined 'Familia' slippers were a nice gesture as well as being very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and served by the very friendly staff in an adjoining outdoor area. The nut cake was particularly enjoyable! All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and look forward to our next visit. Best wishes, D&T.
