Auberge publishes maximum occupancies from 20 to 475 across the resort’s event spaces, on about 14,550 square feet in total. A seated wedding dinner in one room sits well below that ceiling, so confirm the layout for your guest count with the events team.
Can we buy out the whole resort?+
At 75 suites a full buyout is a realistic conversation, which is not true of the 300-key resorts nearby. Auberge quotes it through group sales. For a wedding of 100 or more with guests staying three nights, it is worth pricing against a partial block.
Is Etéreo all-inclusive?+
No. Some directories list it that way and they are wrong. Etéreo is a rate-plus-consumption resort in the Auberge Collection, with four dining outlets charged as you use them. Wedding food and beverage is quoted separately from room rates.
Where does the ceremony happen?+
Either on the beach, which is wide and palm-backed, or on the elevated lawn directly above it. The lawn is the more reliable choice from March to May when the onshore wind picks up in the afternoon and a sand aisle becomes hard work in heels.
How far is Etéreo from Cancún airport?+
About 24 miles south of Cancún International, which is 45 to 60 minutes by road and longer when the airport is busy. Kanai has its own controlled entrance off Highway 307, so allow a few minutes at the gate for a coach.
