Enorme Infinity Beach (ex InfinityBlue)

The hotel has super friendly and helpful staff! Their service and kindness is really exceptional! The hotel's assistant manager shows lots of presence (walking around) and is very kind. This gives a really good impression and one can feel that he really cares about his guests, making sure they're having a good stay. He even made sure that I would get a vegetarian option from a specific dish, so he made sure the cook would especially prepare for me this dish, which was very tasty. I really appreciate the consideration and great hospitality! In general, all hotel employees care a lot about their guests and give their best. The food is really tasty and there is a large variety; big compliment to the kitchen staff and cooks! They offer a really good balance between vegetarian and meat options and the buffet is very big, versatile and in order. The barkeepers and servers are very kind, nake great drinks and make sure the eating area is always clean and in order. The cleaning personal does a great job too and the rooms are in order and clean. The pool and its surrounding area is very nice, clean and well maintained, like the rest of all the facilities. The gym and spa area are very nice and clean. It's no exaggeration saying that I've had one of the best massages there! Thank you very much, Rose! The close location to the beach (2 min walk) is awesome! The hotel staff is friendly towards the many stray cats and accepts them. This is very nice and most of the hotel guests actually appreciate the presence of the cats. The receptionists are very helpful and take concerns or issues serious and act promptly to make sure everything is fine and the hotel guests feel comfortable and safe. Some minor improvement points: It might be good to give a quick information upfront, that there is lots of cats in the surrounding area but also on the hotel grounds (for people with cat hair allergy e.g.). Sometimes the drains from the bathroom are a bit smelly (it helps to simply close the door). If there would be a water dispenser for drinking water (filtered, still/sparkling; without the chlorine taste/smell from the tap water), that would be amazing! (since the tap water in Greece is chlorinated due to hygiene reasons and has a very distinct taste/smell some travellers might not like). The same counts for the water for the coffee machines at breakfast. A water filter could help to make the coffee even more tasty. All in all I'm super happy that I picked Infinity Blue Boutique Hotel and the whole experience has been really nice, with very good price-value. Thanks to the whole hotel team for the great stay! I can definitely recommend this hotel and I'm looking forward to coming back to Infinity Blue in Chersonissos!
