Above everything else, the service was first class! Particularly Yiannis and Christina at the front desk and Christina at breakfast. They were all there to help with anything and everything. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Athens after our visit to Chania and the service was the same if not better at Epavli Grace. The rooms were modern and fresh. All the amenities you'd need, including some nice extras. The only thing I'd consider adding in the rooms is a tissue box. It wasn't too warm during our trip but there was a fan and an AC unit in each room to cool the room for sleeping. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even provided a breakfast box for the morning we left early for an excursion. Breakfast didn't start until 8am, which is a bit late for us but we made it work most mornings. The hotel cat who was referred to as the Queen, can often be found around the hotel during the day or night and is clearly well loved and fed by the staff at Epavli. Would definitely stay here again!
