We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this Hotel in Zakynthos. The hotel deserves every bit of 5 stars. Above all, the hotel manager was incredibly warm and hospitable. During a difficult time, when we lost our luggage due to the storm on Zakynthos, she kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. This truly saved our holiday and left us deeply grateful. Apart from that, the hotel itself is simply beautiful and very clean. Housekeeping and room service were excellent, no complaints at all. The pool area is wonderful, and the breakfast buffet included in our stay was also very good. We would definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos.
