What is the maximum guest capacity?+
Eleon Loft accommodates up to 1100 guests for receptions and up to 500 for seated dinners, with flexible layout options for various ceremony configurations.
Are outside catering and vendors permitted?+
The venue provides in-house catering and allows couples to hire their preferred photographers, florists, and entertainment providers.
What is included in the venue rental?+
The rental includes the loft space, tables, chairs, basic lighting, sound system, climate control, and access to on-site preparation areas.
Is there parking available?+
Eleon loft provides and operates a private parking valet service.
What is the best season for a wedding here?+
Every season has its charm here. Thanks to our heating and air conditioning, the space is comfortable year-round, while on nice days the glass panels open up, offering a lovely semi-outdoor feel.
Is there a venue fee?+
The minimum number of guests for events Sunday-Friday is 120 persons (or minimum revenue €5.800,00 VAT incl.) and for Saturday night 200 persons (or minimum revenue €10.000,00 VAT incl.). If you reach the minimum revenue there is no venue fee. If you require additional time for setup, access to the venue from the morning can be arranged at an extra cost of € 2.000,00 + VAT (rental cost).
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?+
Eleon Loft is a versatile indoor space that can transform into a semi-outdoor setting. When the weather is nice, the glass panels open, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
What is included in the venue rental?+
The venue rental includes the space, basic equipment, cloakroom services, staff – service, drink package in unlimited consumption, housekeeping services, Wi Fi and 1 Junior Suite for all the duration of the event.
How long can our event last?+
The event duration is up to 8.5 hours. Regardless of the start time, events conclude by 5:00 AM at the latest.
Can we have a ceremony and reception at the same place?+
Yes, the space can be configured to host both ceremony and reception seamlessly.
