What truly made the experience unforgettable was the warm hospitality. Costas, the owner, is a true gentleman—always present, attentive, and genuinely caring. Yannis at the bar made every evening special with his amazing cocktails and friendly conversation. The rooms were spotless and beautifully styled, the food was exceptional, and every detail felt personal. We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already dreaming of returning. Delfino Blu is a gem—we couldn’t recommend it more highly.
