We had a fantastic stay at Cross Chiang Mai Riverside and would happily return. The property is absolutely beautiful—immaculately maintained, incredibly photogenic, and perfectly situated along the Ping River. Every space, from the lobby and pool to the Oxygen Dining Room, is stunning, while the rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and stocked with luxurious HARNN amenities. Believe we even got upgraded to larger suites. Big Thank You! What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Nia at the front desk and Nest at the Oxygen Bar, who were both outstanding. We also appreciated the General Manager taking the time to introduce himself during breakfast—a wonderful personal touch. Our only minor suggestion would be to add a little more variety to the breakfast for guests staying several days, perhaps with a few rotating menu options as after a couple of days the breakfast items seem redudant. Other than that, everything was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
