The boutique scale means personalized service and authentic northern Thai architecture throughout your event.
Unfortunately, our stay did not fully meet expectations. The Wi-Fi connection was very poor and unreliable throughout our stay. We were also going to be charged 300 baht for a replacement room key that we genuinely could not find, which felt excessive. Upon arrival, there was hair on the toilet, which is unacceptable in terms of cleanliness. The shower temperature was extremely inconsistent, switching between very hot and very cold with no pressure. The walls had black scratches all over them, giving the room a neglected appearance. Additionally, the window facing the tree (in the building) was extremely dirty, covered in stains and disgusting. The pool area also had a bad smell, which made it unpleasant to use. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience.
