Our stay here was almost perfect. The most amazing part of our trip here was the room. As a Hilton diamond member we got upgraded from the base room to a suite, which was stunning to say the least! Possibly the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Also our dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant was unbelievably good. Our server was excellent and the food was the best we have had in Mexico by far. That being said….. charging for a glass of water is insane. Every single restaurant we ate at there would ask if you wanted water to which we would obviously say yes and then the bill would come and we would find a charge for water. Pretty low class and stingy if you ask me to just sneak that in there. Everything else about the resort was amazing, but just seems like bad bussiness to me to charge a ton of money for food and not include water.
