We had the most amazing time at Encantada Tulum. We didn't know if we were choosing the best hotel until we got there, and then we knew! The service was outstanding. They upgraded our rooms to the upper level ocean view rooms which were phenomenal in every way. They brought us coffee and breakfast to our patio. They gave us recommendations for what to do and see. If I come back to Tulum, I will absolutely stay here again. There would be no reason for me to look elsewhere. It's a little bit far down away from where all the action is, and that is exactly what we wanted, so it was perfect!
