This 18th-century property operates as both a historic residence and functional winery, offering couples an authentic agricultural setting rather than a converted château-turned-venue.
Located just 15 minutes from Bordeaux city center, it delivers countryside authenticity without complete isolation.
We visited the Chateau for a tour and tasting and enjoyed our experience. Alice was our guide and she did a great job of telling us about the history of the Chateau, the terroir of the vineyards and their wine making process. It was interesting and informative. The tour finished with a tasting of 2 wines and a chance to browse the local products in the small shop. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more personal winery tour.
