The food was absolutely delicious and the view was stunning. This restaurant has all the ingredients for a truly memorable dining experience. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by our waiter, who was surprisingly rude and impatient throughout the meal. We were left waiting multiple times, but what really disappointed us happened when we asked if he could take a group photo for us. The entire interaction lasted less than 20 seconds. He took our phone, immediately started snapping pictures before we had even finished moving our chairs or gotten into position, and then handed the phone back. When we said, “Okay, we’re ready now,” he told us he was “too busy” and didn’t have time to take another photo. The only photos left on our phone were of us still rearranging our chairs and getting ready. What made this even more confusing was that earlier he had happily spent several minutes helping the table next to us take photos, patiently directing them on where to stand and taking multiple shots until they were satisfied. Seeing that, it was hard not to wonder why we were treated so differently. Whether it was discrimination or simply selective service, it certainly felt unfair. It’s such a shame that such a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and breathtaking views is let down by service like this. We sincerely hope management pays more attention to consistency in hospitality, because every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect.
