The hotel representative responsible for reservations is lying. In summer, I booked and paid for two apartments for a total of about €1,800. My child was scheduled for a school interview, so I cancelled the stay well in advance (it was peak summer season). We agreed with the hotel that I could use this deposit within one year, subject to availability. I then booked a trip for December 22–26. Unfortunately, my child got sick, and on 23 December I informed the hotel that we would not be coming. I asked them to let me use only part of the deposit for a personal stay in one apartment from December 27–30. They refused, claiming the hotel could not resell the rooms, even though the original stay dates had not yet ended, there were unused nights remaining, and availability was clearly shown for those dates. What’s worse, they immediately offered me a room for €600 (while the same room on Booking was €500). This is a clear example of disrespect toward guests and petty behavior. Choose better hotels and avoid this one.
