What a shame. Hotel is on a beautiful property, but the rooms need a serious refresh. Worst of all is the smell. We were overwhelmed with the scent of black mold upon entry. Perhaps one day this property will be refreshed, but for now it should be avoided. This is not a Hyatt, don’t be swayed by the pretty website.

We were traveling from Paris visiting Loire Valley castles. Chateau was our last stop before heading to Normandy. You really feel like a king staying there. The grounds are gorgeous, ground floor rooms feel like walking inside museums but then you can sit in luxiourius arm chairs, beautiful pictures are on every wall. My only comment is that breakfast wasn't worth it. It wasn't bad, but it shouldn't cost 24 euro per person.
