Had a wonderful 2-night stay at this charming chateau. The walls are steeped in history, and the lovely host, Olivier, has a million stories about the chateau and the surrounding area. He is a mine of information and happy to share his recommendations for wine-tasting and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with everything being both fresh and locally produced. Would not hesitate to recommend Chateau de Perreux to anyone looking for a restful and enchanting few days in the Loire region.
