I initially got very sick during the dates I had booked, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating in moving my reservation until I recovered—something I truly appreciated. Once we arrived, the experience was amazing. The staff was attentive, the service was excellent, and the room was absolutely beautiful with stunning views. The ski-in, ski-out access made everything so convenient, and the breakfast was great as well. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zermatt.

The Gornergrat railway departs from Zermatt station. The 10-minute scenic train ride brings guests directly to CERVO. The resort arranges group train tickets and coordination with the railway company.
