Originally built as a defensive stronghold, the castle underwent meticulous restoration to preserve its historic stone architecture while introducing modern amenities.
The property commands sweeping Mediterranean views from its clifftop position in Zoagli, offering an authentic Italian coastal experience with contemporary hospitality.
My husband's mother's last name, we came to hunt down potential family tree members. Such a lovely building in a quaint seaside town with a handful of restaurants and a pebbly beach full of local families. The Castello is on the cliff, with gorgeous views of the Italian Riviera in all directions. Easy walk down to town and along the coast. The building itself retains a lot of the original charm and details but with modcons of AC, hot water etc. Such a delightful stay, with the added bonus that we saw signs of Canevaros all over the town.
