It deserves to be named one of the best hotels (or say experience because they own the whole town/area). Excellent service from most staff including the activity guides (archery, wine tasting, truffle hunting were all enjoyable). Beautiful Tuscan views from the hotel. The only small thing is the hotel has a lack of international cuisine (only a small lounge offers some Asian dishes but the food doesn’t feel really Asian) and I miss Asian food after a while. Good news is I heard they’re gonna open a proper Asian eatery inside the hotel in 1-2 years.
