Stayed here for a week and were not disappointed. Found staff very friendly and helpful. Decor was beautiful, poolside beds very comfortable. Enjoyed a Classic as wel as a Premium room and would recommend the latter. Quality of beds a bit better in the premium room but this might be a personal thing. We had no issues with cleanliness (and I am picky). If you prefer quiet than ask for a room on the ground floor (which will be then be a room with private pool or jacuzzi). Breakfast is good with a large variety of choice and freshly made coffee. Had diner once but found it a bit underwhelming. We are not big fans of Faliraki and would not visit again but all in all this hotel is a good choice when staying in this area
