So many bad things and a few good. A hotel of this calibre should do better in my opinion. At check in a kid hit my chair with a clipboard and another sat down next to me like he’s my child, neither the parents or check in person said or did anything. The food at the restaurant and at room service were both good, but charged us $50 after globalist free breakfast credit which was for one alcohol beverage and what they said was other service fees… $30 in unknown service fees they couldn’t show me the breakdown of. The animals on property are really cute, the activities are pretty sparse. Once I got home I noticed an unauthorised charge of almost $500 and after multiple calls and talking to the manager the charge was reversed. It was done by mistake they said they pressed the wrong button. Completely unacceptable and nothing was done further to remedy this situation. I don’t think we will be back. Updated: the manager reached out and was such a pleasure to talk with. I think my husband and I will give this place another chance.
