The property reopened in 2015 following extensive renovation, maintaining original architectural details while introducing modern hospitality amenities across its 12 rooms.
Located in the Dordogne's Castelnaud valley, the venue offers guests an intimate setting where French culinary tradition and countryside elegance converge.
This hotel is a great value, where the staff is super-friendly and the rooms are spacious. We stayed for four nights in one of the upstairs “suite studios.” Not exactly what I think of as a suite as the bedroom is not separate from the living area, but there was plenty of room, bed was very comfortable, shower was a good size, AC works well and the terrace looks out over the pool. We ate in the restaurant twice. Delicious. When we return to Dordogne this is where we’ll stay.
