Going with a 4 because the pool and hot tub were closed for the duration of our trip and we were not notified (it was a deciding factor when booking). My only other comments is that rm 125 looks at the best western sign which isn't ideal and super bright - thankfully the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep, but it kinda ruins the stunning lake view. Bed was firm but ok for 2 nights. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
