I did stay here two years ago and it was pleasant, but I would like to share my experience this time. I thought I had a room here, but my company had booked at another place. Giuseppe at the reception immediately called the other hotel, asked if there was a room for my colleague, booked us a taxi to go there and made sure all our questions were answered. To see that they helped out somebody who didn't even have a room at their place speaks volumes about their service. Specially Giuseppe.
