Five rooms within a Tuscan villa on the property sleep 10–15 people total. Additional accommodation exists within 1 km (Villa Capovento) and throughout the surrounding countryside.

Osteria Brancaia, the on-site restaurant, handles all food and beverage service. External catering is not permitted; costs are calculated on actual consumption and staff hours beyond the standard package.
