I had a truly wonderful and comfortable seven-night stay at Avenida Hotel in Lisbon. The location is exceptional. Situated in the heart of Lisbon, the hotel offers easy access to the metro, tram, and bus. Praça dos Restauradores and Rossio Square are just a one- to two-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Breakfast each morning was outstanding. I was particularly impressed by the staff, who were consistently kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The bathroom amenities and bedding were impeccably clean and well maintained. Although the building has a sense of history, it is managed to the high standards expected of a five-star hotel. Housekeeping was thorough and reliable every single day. I would also like to extend special thanks to Roberto, who warmly opened the door for us each morning. His welcoming smile truly brightened the start of our day and made our stay even more memorable. On our final day, the hotel kindly extended our check-out time, allowing us to remain comfortably until our afternoon departure for the airport. We were sincerely touched by this thoughtful gesture. If I return to Lisbon, I will most certainly choose Avenida Hotel again and would highly recommend it to my friends.
