The check in process went smoothly although we arrived late at night (8 pm). After long travels, we were greeted warmly by the reception and got escorted to our rooms, very helpful for us with several bags. The room was very spacious and quite clean. There was however a bit of leak in our air conditioning which was immediately repaired once we notified the hotel team. The toilet was slightly weird as it kept refilling the water for flushing. Luckily, the bathroom was somehow soundproof so we didn't hear it from our bed. During our 2-night stay, we experienced 3 blackouts which lasted up to 5 mins. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. The staffs were friendly and warm. When we requested hotel sandals, our request was immediately taken care of. Our room was also cleaned daily. The breakfast was relatively great, I loved specifically soto daging as the meat was tender and the broth was flavorful and light. However I noticed sometimes there are tiny flies in the fruit section which I think can be avoided by covering the fruits with a lid or adding candles on top of the fan. Another thing that can be improved is the drinks as most of the drinks we ordered were more watery than flavorful. Most of the food menu we ordered was nice (risotto, snapper fillet, fries) but what can be improved is the aglio e olio pasta as it's not spicy at all and the garlic wasn't fragrant enough, but the shrimp was deliciously prepared. The highlight of our trip here was of course the view of the hotel which was impeccable! Though it rained, we still can see the beauty of the beach and its surroundings. We were lucky as we booked a room by the beach so we have direct access to the beach. The car trip leading to the hotel was a bit challenging though with lots of broken road on the way, but it's really worth the trip! Thanks for giving us a good experience here :) P.S. as someone who has worked in hospitality before, I had the pleasure reading all your feedback to the rude and unreasonable comments coming from the guests ;)
