We stayed here in 2025 — the hotel has been refreshed and looks much better in real life than in photos! The territory is green, neat, and full of beautiful spots for pictures. Everything is very well organized — restaurants, bars, and pools are all within easy reach. The gardener deserves special thanks — such a kind, hardworking man with golden hands. The grounds always look perfect, and you can often see him carefully tending the plants. Our room for three (with a 2-year-old) felt quite small, especially the bathroom. The “double bed” was actually two singles pushed together that slide apart, which isn’t very safe or comfortable. The room itself was fresh and clean, though we did once see a cockroach. Housekeeping was excellent — cleaning every day, very neat and attentive. The lovely housekeeper, who speaks English very well, always helped us with everything we needed. I’ve never met such a pleasant and caring person! The food was tasty overall, with a nice variety of meats and fish, but I wish there were more seafood dishes. If prawns were served, they were always unpeeled — and with a small child, I simply don’t have time for that. However, desserts were fantastic — profiteroles, lemon tart, Pavlova, cheesecake, apple strudel, all of them delicious. Huge thanks to the pastry chef! The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing — always smiling, polite, and ready to help. The supervisor keeps everything perfectly organized; the whole team works like clockwork. At the beach, the lifeguard is very friendly and positive, always greeting everyone and explaining where it’s safe to swim. Unfortunately, the one at the upper pool was not as welcoming. The beach bar team was wonderful too — during the day, a lovely woman who always remembered our drinks, and in the evening, a cheerful man full of positive energy. The hotel is mostly oriented toward German guests, but the staff speak good English. Beautiful sunsets and many places to enjoy the sea view. Overall, a solid 4/5. Some small downsides, but thanks to the amazing people and great atmosphere, we truly enjoyed our stay. Would we come back? Possibly yes! 🌅
