Rooms bathroom clean with beautiful canal view if you pay extra. But the service in this hotel is TERRIBLE. The barlady who works at the connecting to lobby is terribly rude. We brought in take out pasta from an instagram recommended place. since we did not want to stand at street to eat and our hotel was right around the corner - we came to lobby to eat it. And she just screamed at us and told us to go to our rooms! so rude! even if it were a rule there is a way you need to speak to your guests not scream at them as though we children and need to be sent to our rooms. Almost seemed like we pay to stay in our rooms and no other part of the hotel! RUDE and no send of customer service. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone!
