Lovely hotel with stunning cosy rooms. Very clean and friendly staff. No idea why people left bad reviews. The staff very welcoming and polite. We arrived much early than check in and they show us our room, it was no a problem. A lot of variety food in breakfast with fresh fruit and roast veggies. Fresh pancakes and croissants. They make you lovely coffee in request, if you don’t like just coffees from jar. We staying for 4 nights and absolutely love it. Fridge full of different drinks and bar where you can order additional drinks if you like. They bring us milk at 10pm to the room without any problem. The location is perfect, just 5 min walk from San Marco. Definitely recommend
