The rooms are a nice size for a hotel located right in Darling Harbour. They are a bit small, but for us it was not a problem. The staff is great. They are smiling, friendly and very service-minded. The breakfast at the hotel is freshly cooked to order and of a good quality. We also used the restaurant for dinner, the food was equally as delicious as the breakfast. The cleaning was fine and the one time we had a problem with our TV it was quickly resolved. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely book it again if we come back to Sydney.
