This is unfortunately not the case for this establishment. Being in a great location, with nice buildings a pool and all of this surrounded by vines, the place has huge potential. Nevertheless, the accompanying customer service and professionalism of most of the staff was pretty much non-existent. By far my worst customer service experience worldwide. Such a shame.
