We had such a great time staying at Zel Punta Cana. The property is gorgeous, from the tropical gardens to the beautiful beach. It truly makes you feel like you’re in a paradise. The resort is super clean inside and out. Its small size allowed us to get to know the staff and made the whole experience more personal, unlike a big resort, where you are just a number. All of the staff were great, but I do have to mention two people who made the experience even more special. One of them was Andres, our concierge. Great personality, very communicative, checked in on us daily, and handled all the reservations for us. When we told him we wanted to book an excursion, he showed up minutes later with someone who handled it at the pool. The other one was the DJ. Once again, a great personality and excellent at his job. We met him on day one at the bar and requested a couple of songs from an international playlist. He embraced it and played it whenever he saw us. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay at Zel. The place was very clean and all the staff were so very friendly. Especially Warner, Gabriel, Louis were super helpful and very friendly. The security at the beach was also amazing, Julio was great always made sure we were kept safe. Bartenders at the beach made the experience 10/10. Would definitely come back, the resort is beautiful kept so clean and there were no downsides at all. Lots of excursions around and things to do. I found the golf cart ride to the beach amazing, it was around 3 minutes and the views and breeze was very nice!

Had a good time here for 2 weeks. Staff were great especially Jokeidi Sosa who was always upbeat and provided excellent service at the buffet. Tacorini had great tacos, Volcan Steakhouse could use some better quality of beef and the Japanese restaurant was good. The buffet could be improved upon but it is ok. Rooms are great lots of space. Only a 10 minute walk to beach. Zel is a nice quiet place.
