This adults-only sanctuary combines refined hospitality with direct access to the Sea of Cortez.
We recently stayed at Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve property in Cabo. The property itself is beautiful — the grounds are stunning, the architecture is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, well designed, and very comfortable. However, the service unfortunately did not meet the level we expected from a Ritz-Carlton Reserve property. Throughout our stay we often had to flag down staff for assistance, whether at the pool or around the property. The attentiveness and anticipation of guest needs — something typically associated with this level of luxury hospitality — seemed to be lacking. Having stayed at Reserve properties in other parts of the world, we were surprised that the service here did not at all meet the standards typically associated with the Ritz-Carlton Reserve brand. While the setting and accommodations were lovely, the service experience didn’t match the high standards we anticipated.
