I'm just giving it a four instead of a five because I did ask for a Early check-in and that would have been able to check in for 11:00 a.m. for a fee so I did get charged the fee but I wasn't told I could have an early check-in until 12:30 and we still had to travel here so I didn't get here till the regular 4:00 time. Maybe I can work with the hotel to reduce it to the regular check-in time and comp me for what I paid for and didn't use otherwise besides the pool that we didn't know we didn't have. Since I was here for 2 days I could have used the pool. I was disappointed but I understand about that now. Otherwise the hotel's beautiful. Everything else was just perfect. Loved the shower. Loved the bed. Loved the AC. No loud window unit. The room was so pretty. I love the two closets Help was courteous. The doors. The lights everything was just beautiful. Price was much better than than the Sunseeker resort
