From start to end, I had an amazing time at Windsor Florida Hotel. Got there and was greeted by friendly staff who helped us navigate the hotel and surroundings. Our room wasn't ready yet as we got there early, but they kept our luggage safe whilst we walked around the area and got something to eat. Came back at 2pm and manged to get an early check in. Hotel was clean. Yes, the decor in the room was a bit out dated but it was very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff didn't come to clean everyday, it was every other day. However, I noticed if you put your sign to clean on the door they would. Breakfast was good. Was a bit repetitive but the coffee and hot chocolate was amazing! Had dinner there a couple of times. Loved the salmon but the other thing i would say is not many of the waiting staff spoke English so we relied on Google translate a lot! Overall, no complaints. Had a wonderful stay. Hotel was in a great location and in the middle of the top attractions. Beach was a 10min walk and loads of shops and restaurants around. Would definitely stay again.
