We stayed here in august for 4 nights with 3 kids under 6 and stayed in an XL loggia cabin. We had an amazing stay. Pros: - staff are super friendly. They are always smiling and helpful even though there’s usually screaming kids everywhere! One of our windows didn’t lock and it was in the room where kids were sleeping, maintenance came immediately at around 8pm to fix it. - super kids friendly. Felt safe with the kids all around the resort and heaps for them to do and great facilities for kids - cabins are in a leafy part of the resort, we barely needed to put on the A/C - they didn’t try to cram in a lot of people. Even though the place was fully booked when we stayed it didn’t feel crowded at all - no cars driving around which makes it feel even safer - cabins are well insulated, you close the door and hardly any sound gets in Cons - they could be more generous with amenities in the cabin like washing liquid, dishwasher tabs and toilet paper - the bbq provided in our cabin was basically an outdoor frying pan - spotty club is DIRTY the kids came out of it needing a wash. Considering how much you pay for the stay they could at least wipe it down or even better update it. - food in the restaurant is terrible. Just stick to pizza - the swimming pool for babies is really cold - the mini market doesn’t have a lot of options and long break in the middle of the day which is annoying considering there’s nothing else close by - WiFi signal is weak and almost unusable at various parts of the resort. Again considering the price I would expect better For this reason I would only give 4 stars and not 5 but I would recommend if you are a family with small kids.
