We were a party of 12 and stayed on the property in three separate villas. The property is beautiful and tucked away in the hills in Levanto, which was a great town for food, access to trains, and a great beach! Breakfast was included, which was absolutely amazing and fresh each day. Locally grown fruits, organic everything.. the best breakfast we found in Italy on our vacation. Only negative is that you can’t walk into the town from this location. They provide a shuttle; however, they have limited hours in the morning and evening. But we were able to get a taxi at all times without issue. Overall a great place. Peaceful and relaxing
