We had the most wonderful time at this villa! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious every morning — a great way to start the day. A special mention to Salvadore, who was truly amazing! He helped us with anything we needed and made our stay feel extra special. The service he provided and recommendations he gave us made our experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the Amalfi coast!

My boyfriend and I have never been out of the country before and had a very stressful/difficult time getting to the Amalfi Coast. Once we arrived at Villa Santa Maria it was ALL worth it. Staff greeted us at the entrance with a welcoming smile and carried our luggage into the lobby for us. When we met Salvatore (the owner) I can’t explain how welcomed and cared for we felt. He instantly gave us water as he knew we had a long day of travel. We happened to fall asleep once getting into our room and by the time we woke up all the restaurants were closing. He had his staff make us pizzas to eat in the lobby at 10:30 pm. I could go on and on about how accommodating he was throughout our stay. He recommended we visit his home town of Ravello, what an AMAZING recommendation. This is a gorgeous, slow paced town that we hadn’t even heard of. This villa is gorgeous and sits right on the coast, has amazing and tentative staff. They also provide homemade breakfast in the morning which is cooked to order with plenty of choices. By the end of this trip, Salvatore felt like family 🩵 We will be going back to visit this gorgeous place and it’s wonderful staff. If your considering staying here, do it!!

I will preface this by saying that I have a lot of good things to say about Villa Santa Maria, but be prepared to have to walk up and down many stairs to enter and exit the location. There is no elevator. If you can not handle stairs, consider a different location. The location is beautiful. It overlooks the ocean and offers a beautiful view of the mountains and cliffs. The room (Room 1) was clean and very comfortable. Complete with a nice bed, desk, fridge, plenty of of robes, towels, and tea/coffee. Our room had an excellent hot tub outside beneath an olive tree. Very romantic setting. The balcony for sunbathing offers beautiful views, as does the private swimming location. The breakfast offered by the hotel was excellent. Salvatore at reception is a gentleman. Very friendly, kind, informative, and funny. He helped arrange cabs and bring our luggage up and down. The staff is great overall. Amalfi is not very walkable in general and finding parking for a car is nearly impossible. From this location you will be best off renting a scooter. Keep in mind, a cab for a 10 minute ride, will ABSOLUTELY cost a minimum of €50, EACH WAY.
