We had an amazing stay at Villa Puri Nirwana! The house is beautiful and very spacious, accommodated our group of up to 14 people perfectly. As for the service, the staff go above and beyond to get to know you, and your preferences. They are so kind and lovely, with Riska and Gusti in particular being outstanding at managing a lot of peoples personal activities, tours, food and beverage preferences, cars/transfers and more. Our group also requested the chef, and the food from both chefs we had during our stay was outstanding!! Particularly, the crème brûlée and the pork ribs are out of this world! Housekeeping staff Made and Sekar were efficient, clean and so lovely to chat to! We really enjoyed seeing them around the house and found the daily room cleaning and nightly turn down service perfect. Thanks again! We also enjoyed doing family yoga on the lawn, learning to BBQ on a grill filled with burning coconut husks, and relaxing in the pool cabana. We cannot thank the staff enough for making this experience incredible. Would highly recommend a stay here for a relaxing holiday in a quiet spot in Bali.
