We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lattanzi. Our Prestige Sea View room was beautiful, spotless, and even more luxurious than expected. The hotel offers stunning views, a peaceful atmosphere, a great pool, and exceptionally friendly staff. We were also travelling with our dog and felt welcome throughout our stay. The only area that fell short of our expectations was breakfast. We do not need a large buffet, but for a 5-star hotel we expected better quality. The bread, croissants, and pancakes often did not seem fresh, and some of the fruit was dry. The limited selection meant we mostly chose eggs each morning. Because breakfast is often the first impression of a hotel's food offering, we decided not to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner, which felt like a missed opportunity for both guests and the hotel. A focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients and a smaller curated breakfast menu could greatly enhance the experience. Softer music around the pool would also better match the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. With a few improvements, Villa Lattanzi could truly deliver a complete 5-star experience.
