We planned our wedding for over a year while living abroad in Canada, and the whole process felt smooth and reassuring because of the incredible team. Our planner, Adriana from Villa Planners, was beyond helpful, always responsive, thoughtful, and proactive. She guided us with patience, provided trusted vendor recommendations, and made us feel completely supported from day one. Planning from another country can be stressful, but she made it feel easy. When we visited the venue, Enrique gave us a tour and immediately made us feel at home. He was warm, professional, and even spoke French, which was such a thoughtful touch and meant a lot to us and our families. The architecture of the house is stunning and luxurious but also timeless and full of character. The grounds are also very well maintained. The condos where we got ready the day of our wedding are like an extension of the villa's architecture and were also very well maintained. There are endless photo opportunities throughout the property. What truly sets this venue apart is not only the architecture, but the team. They are not just professionals, they genuinely care about making our wedding day as special as can be. The day before our wedding, the forecast suddenly changed and rain became a possibility. With less than 24 hours to find a solution, Adriana, Enrique, and the owner Mike were all hands on deck trying to secure a tent for us. They were fully committed to making sure our day would be perfect. I am very detail-oriented, and we had multiple vendor options, from cake design to table settings to entertainment. The range and quality of options exceeded our expectations. In the end, our wedding turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. This team cared about our vision as much as we did. We will be forever grateful to them for giving us a day we will cherish for the rest of our lives. To Adriana, Enrique, Mike and the full team at Villa Joya - thank you! Carolane & Aaron
