We’ve been reflecting on our wedding weekend over the past couple of weeks, and we truly can’t put into words how smoothly and honestly perfectly everything went! Our weekend wouldn’t have been nearly as special without the incredible support from the Vivid Occasions team. Our planner, Cynthia, was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning and throughout the entire year of planning, she was so lovely to work with—organized, thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our vision come to life. On the wedding day itself, she made sure we had absolutely nothing to stress about. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment. November through April offers cooler temperatures (70–80°F) and minimal rainfall, making these months ideal for outdoor events. Summer months can exceed 100°F with occasional monsoon activity.
Are there accommodation options on or near the property?+
The estate offers limited on-site lodging. San José del Cabo, 15 minutes away, has numerous resorts and boutique hotels ranging from budget-friendly to luxury properties.
Can the venue accommodate dietary restrictions and international catering?+
Yes. Vivid Occasions works with preferred caterers familiar with Mexican, Mediterranean, and international cuisines. They coordinate with vendors to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs.
Is the venue suitable for destination weddings with traveling guests?+
Yes. The 9-acre layout allows guests to move between ceremony and reception without lengthy travel. The venue can coordinate multi-day event programming across different spaces.
What's included in the venue rental fee?+
Ceremony and reception space, basic tables and chairs, on-site event coordination, and access to guest facilities. Catering, bar service, florals, and photography are typically booked separately through preferred vendors.
