Villa I Quattro Ricci in Cerveteri, open April–August.
Villa I Quattro Ricci, built in the 18th century as a noble Roman estate, has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original architectural character while offering modern hospitality amenities.
Located in Cerveteri, just 40 kilometers north of Rome, this historical property serves as both a hotel and wedding venue, maintaining period details throughout its grounds and interiors.
The villa's substantial size accommodates intimate ceremonies and grand receptions within an authentic Italian countryside setting.
I would not recommend this Agriturismo if are not italian or at least don't speak fluent italian. Service is only in italian, and if you don't speak it, you don't get basically any service. At least get ready to loooong waiting times. We waited for out check over an hour, both times we ate at here. The last time we ate, we asked for the check three times, and three times the answer was "yes". Fourth time someone finally told us that we can just pay at the reception if we want. The pool is not in use. Or at least we were instructed to use the pool few houses over. Playground is not usable, it is there for just for show as they are rusty and broken. The farm/animals they advertise is a separate establishment with very high pricing if you wan't to see the animals. Did not feel welcome here as my italian is limited to basic hello, thank you and bye bye's. The pros: + Would be a beautiful place to throw a party (like wedding). + Lots of tables for said venue + Lots of free parking The cons: - only sppeaks italian, very, VERY poor english all around - even the staff don't know which pool is in use. - Lots of tables but only one (italian) waiter - Rooms are tinyish, with some black mold on the shower walls
