Yes. Villa Fenicia is an official Municipal House, allowing legal civil ceremonies to take place on-site. All documentation and procedures must be coordinated directly with the Comune of Ruvo di Puglia. For religious or blessing ceremonies, the villa has a consecrated chapel for up to 30 people, and several historic churches are nearby in Ruvo di Puglia, Trani, and Bitonto.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?+
The Sala Bianca and Longue Orangerie are fully air-conditioned indoor spaces that can accommodate up to 150 guests, allowing ceremonies and receptions to proceed without weather concerns.
How many guests can stay at the villa?+
Four double suites are located within Villa Fenicia itself (one room can accommodate up to 3 people). Additional accommodation is available at the sister property Torre Gigliano and nearby Hotel Pineta, 1 km away. A minimum 3-night stay is required for bookings.
Can we bring our own caterer or florist?+
The villa offers internal catering only. External suppliers for other services (florals, entertainment, etc.) are welcome, though Villa Fenicia reserves the right to charge a fee for any providers requiring delivery or setup/dismantling on days before or after the event.
Are the venue spaces accessible for guests with mobility limitations?+
Event spaces are accessible for disabled guests. However, the accommodation suites are not currently accessible for guests with mobility requirements.
