Absolutely amazing stay at Villa Gaudia! We came here with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The villa is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Tuscan hills, plenty of space for everyone, and a beautiful pool where we spent most of our time. Everything feels peaceful and authentic, yet it’s just a short drive from Florence. This place has so much potential — not only perfect for friends, but also for families or even private events. Truly unforgettable, we’re already talking about coming back!

Can we host a legal wedding ceremony at Villa Gaudia?+
The villa accommodates symbolic ceremonies on its grounds. Legal civil signatures must occur at the municipal office in Rignano sull'Arno, 10 minutes away. Religious ceremonies can be arranged at San Pietro in Perticaia, a country church 3km from the property.
Are outside caterers and vendors permitted?+
Villa Gaudia has preferred vendors (florists, photographers, DJs, live musicians, pyrotechnicians) but does not require their use. Couples may source their own vendors, subject to villa approval.
What is the party time policy?+
Events conclude at 1:00 AM at no additional cost. Continued celebration beyond 1:00 AM is available at €150/hour.
How many guests can the villa accommodate?+
Maximum 50 wedding guests. On-site lodging fits 10–12 people; nearby properties (Fattoria di Pagnana, Fattoria Torre a Cona, Hotel Villa il Palagio, Resort 37) provide overflow options within 5km.
What are the rental and deposit terms?+
Venue rental for up to 3 nights: €10,000 (includes B&B for up to 10 people). Additional guests: €2,000 per 2 people. Wedding fee (cleaning, furniture arrangement, porter service): €1,800. Booking requires 30% deposit; balance due 30 days before the event.
